What Makes Advanced Yogi

Our classes are all open level. We have carefully selected yoga teachers that embody a comprehensive understanding of the path of yoga. Class Descriptions

Still Mind Sequence - Open Level - Kim

Sat 2 - 3pm, Wed 12:30 - 1:30pm, Fri 9:30 - 10:30am

In this slow, breath centered class you will quiet your mind and strengthen your body. The focus is on developing greater body/breath awareness, developing a sense of self-compassion, and allowing a space for relaxation and release. Kim Gold teaches this class which is based on the Atmananda Yoga Sequence as she learned it from its founder. Students are encouraged to honor their bodies and practice at a pace that is comfortable to them. Modifications of poses are given. All levels are welcome.

Thursday Yoga with Stephanie

Thurs 6:30 - 7:30pm

Stephanie's class is the perfect way to bring your week to a close. Through her expert instruction and blend of vinyasa, static postures, and pilates based movements, you will develop strength and release stress. All levels are welcome.

Integral Yoga - Matt

Tues 7:15 - 8:15pm

This is a full Integral Yoga class encompassing pranayama, asana, chanting, and a generous yoga nidra (final relaxation). Students are guided along the path of yoga as a spiritual and physical discipline. This class is the perfect antidote to a long, stressful day. All levels are welcome.

Sunday Community Class with Meditation

Jnanaprabha Jennifer Bobbe (RYT-200) will teach a full Integral Yoga basic class incorporating a complete yoga practice. The class is appropriate for all levels including new beginners. The goal of the class is an "easeful body, peaceful mind, useful life." It is intended as preparation for seated meditation and we will take this opportunity to engage in an optional seated meditation practice immediately following class.

Slow Vinyasa Flow - Kristen

Sundays 10:00 - 11:00am

Join Kristen on Sunday mornings for a relaxing and invigorating vinyasa flow class. Kristen's class is centered on breath and movement and will help center you in the present moment.

Ahimsa Vinyasa Flow - Danielle

Fridays 1:15 - 2:15pm

Ahimsa is Sanskrit for non-harming. In this class you will learn to practice in a way that promotes compassion towards oneself and greater health and healing.
